The availability of the products offered may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that Armonic Oil updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, Armonic Oil at the moment it becomes aware of this situation, it will notify the client, by means of an email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum term of 30 days. Oil Armonic will be able to give the double option of: supplying the customer without price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by Oil Armonic within this same period, pay the sums paid for the canceled order. In the event that Armonic Oil does not make this payment within the indicated period, the buyer may claim to be paid double the amount owed, without prejudice to his right to be compensated.
